Aim of the unit is not just developing specific vocational skills to students between the age group of 17-18 years in various areas like tailoring, cookery, block printing, recycled paper products, silver jewelry, candle making, handicrafts etc.
But also to develop certain behaviors that would help in employment like sense of responsibility, target oriented, punctuality and regularity, work consistency without distraction, emphasis on quality and appropriate social behaviour etc.
